How Sweet it is

Friday my brother and sisters, along with our spouses my daughter a nice and a nephew went on a wine excursion. We traveled a great distance to a far off town named Lakeland.Yes Lakeland near Solvay my homeland.We tasted wine ate like kings if kings ate cheese, crackers, pepperoni, pretzel and pretzel chips. We laughed some almost broke out in song (and HE wasn't drinking). Then we as a family picked our best wine and we made it. Yes I said we made it. In 7 weeks we will go back and bottle it, label it and take it home. Our own wine and a fun time was had by all. So if any of you out in blog land ever get a chance to travel to that far off land of Lakeland it is a fun place not a big place not a fancy place a fun place. Once again 2 things came in play FUN and FAMILY.

SHESSSS BACK

Dawn came home this morning. She had a great trip. But she is glad to be home. She's a little tired being up for 24 hours straight. Not much more going on trying to finish my deck and working at the depot. Jake is going to be an alter server at our church and his first time will be this Sunday. He will do great God willing lol. Will blog more later.

GOOD TIMES

Monday we took a trip to the zoo in Syracuse. Sandy, Jake and myself. It wasn't planed just woke up and said "hay let's go to the zoo. " What a great time we had.WE walked sat and enjoyed. So quiet peaceful. It is so different then the last time I went about 8 years ago.They have places to by drinks all over places to sit and enjoy the the animals. I say to all who reads this get up and get going try the zoo. Enjoy. good night.

July 4

July 4 has come and gone has out freedom. More and more of our workers in this good old U.S.A. are working for foreign  companies. Even the one I worked for N.P.G. or Chrysler. They sold us to a foreign company. I guess the only people who have fate in how great the workforce is in America is the foreign  companies.Well people I guess we need to rethink what we buy who we support. Let get AMERICA back. Lets hope the American business people get back to employing American people on American soil.As we should all say "God Bless America " and as I say thank God for American cars!!!!!!!!!!!! Good Night And sleep tight for we are on America soil and we are free.     She is so beautiful. Good Night

What's up

Yes Dawn is enjoying her trip to Alaska. She has pictures that are out of this world. Found out today I have the gout and it hurts like he#@ I guess I am getting old. You who know what I am talking about can call me zio Harlan. Went to see Mark and Cindy's new home over the weekend it is great. To you two your living large now enjoy. To my cousin Janice who is now reading my blog I say  HI. Hope you keep reading. That is all I have to say for now. Yesterday Dawn left up. Yes she is way up north. She called to say she got there at 1:15 our time 9:15 there time. After a few bumps she had a good trip. Now she will snap a few pics.and a few vids. and a lot of fun. To Dawn if you read this love you. Have fun.

Oh what I have seen

Let's all take time to think about it. What have you seen new in your life. Or lets say in the past 25 years. Home Computers or Cell phones. Well what elese. I have just come back from my uncle's 95'th birthday. Can you imagine what he has seen in his time on this marble we call earth.The things he has done. Only if we all can be as lucky. He has 5 kids who have kids who also have kids yes 4 generations of family. Well here is a great big HAPPY BIRTHDAY on your 95 years  to my Uncle. We all love you zio.
